Freddie Fabbri

Born to a middle class couple from Northeast PA, a shy child developed into an outspoken adult with a drive to succeed and a fear of failure. Never perfect - always accountable, that is Freddie. As the host of "Traumatic Thursday" on Cage Rattle, Freddie is most recognized for his work with Breaking Benjamin, touching on every aspect of the music business during his 38 years on this Earth.

An author, writer, and manager (for St. Louis-based band LEO), Freddie’s connection with Shallow Bay founder Dave Neill brought Freddie to Cage Rattle, offering his skill set in reinventing the way artists use media and technology to showcase their talents.

Make no mistake; even without a band, album, or song on the radio, this bad mutha is a rockstar!!!

Jeff Wood

Growing up on the frozen plains of northern Alberta, in a small city with barely an internet connection and a Windows 3.1 laptop created a drive for better technology and faster downloads in this young web developer. In his teen years he discovered the guitar and began playing with friends in local bands, and listening to more and more music as the internet boom created new avenues for anyone to “access” music from anywhere’s.

In the Fall of 2001 he stumbled upon a then small band called “Breaking Benjamin” and a fan site entitled “The Shallow Bay” immediately drawn to the community and its founder he began doing freelance design work for them which started his career in the web design field. After taking a job as a web developer for a local company and developing his skills in the design realm he decided to take flight and leave his igloo for the sunny beaches of California and the headquarters of Cage Rattle International.
