Artist Bio

The true rock sounds of NEVERSET started coming together in 2004, but didn’t really take off until this year. With the release of their first, full-length CD, Behind Every Door in 2005, recently returning from the road with Candlebox,The “Ladies Get Out Of Jail Free 07″ DVD release tour with Sevendust, 10 Years and Black Light Burns, and preproduction for a new album is their next step.

NEVERSET resonates a collaboration of sound from the true rock bands from the past 20 years. They maintain rhythms from the 80’s, but manage to incorporate them with a modern flare.

Lead singer Shawn Hamm says, “I don’t think there’s currently any other band like us right now. They say the real rock stars aren’t around anymore, but I disagree. We’re here to party with the fans, have fun and not worry about the cash.”

As a band, NEVERSET struggled in the beginning, which only made them stronger and truly embrace their name.

Hamm says, “You should never settle for less than what you deserve. If you dream it, you’ve got to get out there and get it, because no one is going to hand anything to you for free.”

With preproduction underway, fans can gear up for a heavy dose of NEVERSET’s signature sounds and comparable beats to Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Breaking Benjamin and 3 Days Grace.

In 2007, Neverset toured and shared the stage with bands such as: Three Days Grace, Hinder, Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust, Candlebox, Saliva, Crossfade, Trapt, Cinder Road, Buckcherry, Static X, 10 Years, Black Light Burns and many more!

I saw these guys with Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and Seether about a month ago and I have to say I was fully impressed with them. I had never heard of them before but they gave a high energy attention grabbing show that did not disappoint. Plus they made time to meet and greet with fans by just walking around the venue. I went out and got their CD right after and while I’ve never been a huge fan of the screaming genre, I definitely appreciate Neverset!
